Over the past 36  years, we've learned quite a bit about creating the "Kiva Experience." We want Kiva to be a safe and nurturing place for everyone. In order to achieve this goal, we request that you observe the following guidelines:

  • Please turn off and store cell phone and other electronics. Allowing this time to be about disconnecting from the outside world.

  • Keep your locker key with you at all times.

  • It is traditional to shower before using tubs.

  • You may start your journey in our dry sauna (160 degrees)

  • Reinvigorate with our cold plunge tub (55 degrees)

  • Rest, relax and rehydrate on our lush lawn with some of our house blend tea

  • Completing the ritual with a soak in our hot tubs (104 degrees)
